Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

genehiller.com does NOT ship orders outside of the U.S. if you live outside of the U.S. and you would like to place an order to be delivered to your out-of-country address, please call us at 415-332-3636 or email us as firstname.lastname@example.org.
genehiller.com offers free returns. We won’t provide a return label with your received goods. If you choose to return merchandise, you must do so within two weeks from the goods being in your possession.
